I design mobile product experiences that balance user needs with business outcomes. With 10 years in product design, including 5 years embedded in a high-scale e-commerce app where the mobile app drives 40% of digital revenue for a $5B+ retailer, I've worked across the full customer journey: navigation, discovery, cart, checkout, loyalty, and account systems, on iOS and Android, from research through dev handoff. I've designed features with a focus on driving e-commerce performance, including conversion rate, average order value, and customer retention. I championed accessibility audits and WCAG 2.X compliance across a mobile app ecosystem, ensuring a more inclusive experience for millions of customers. Along the way, I've used behavioral data analysis and user research to shape A/B testing strategy, advising on direction, informing design decisions, and identifying new opportunities to test and learn, contributing to an estimated $20.35 million in annual revenue lift in 2025.
